Our History
U Kyaw Kyaw Oo started " Kyaw Family" in 1986 at Anawrahta Road, Pazundaung Township, Yangon. It starts as a two story 15' x 50' store. What started off as a small hometown business flourished into an international company. Soon after Kyaw Family was established, our Chairman started K. Y Kyaw Kyaw Trading Company Limited in 1997. K. Y Kyaw Kyaw Trading was a powerhouse for all trading in Steel and Agricultural products.
Our Chairman and Managing Director worked hard and push the company to new heights by starting Steel King Pte. Ltd. in Singapore in 2005.
Soon after creating Steel King Pte. Ltd., our founder finally established our company as Steel King Company Limited in 2010 in Myanmar. Steel King Company Limited sparked more companies like Sky May Construction(2011), SKM Steel Holding Company Limited (2019) and SKC Concrete(2020).

SKM Steel Holdings Co., Ltd was started by DMD U Kyaw Soe and Mitsui & Co. (Asia Pacific) Pte. Ltd to push Myanmar's construction method towards efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
SK Asia Logistics
We pushed for excellent customer service and support therefore creating a stand alone logistics company to support the delivery all across Myanmar.
Our Future Plan
Steel King logistics was established in 2010 and now in 2022 its grown into SKA Company.
